Developmental edit for Environmental Crises in Central Asia: From steppes to seas, from deserts to glaciers
Collaborated with Eric Freedman This book, published by Routledge, was written by several authors who all spoke a different native tongue. I was given a chapter written by each author, and my job was to make sure the voice sounded consistent across chapters before it was sent to the publisher. This piece shows how I work with a style sheet and work with authors with English as a second language. |
Developmental edit for ing Magazine
Collaborated with Lauren Ross and Megan Gilhooly I edited this piece to fit the ing voice, make sense to a college-aged audience, and keep the author's unique writing style. This piece shows how I collaborate with other editors and keep the audience in mind while I edit. |

Developmental and copy edit for a research paper
